It's just bananas!

So I just went to Coles to buy some brain food seeing as I am in struggle town for an essay I'm writing that's due tomorrow. Sounds pretty straight forward, and it was really. I got my lovely neighbor boys some easter treats, grabbed the TP, made sure I had cash for a coffee and hot cross bun on the way home and then it hit me, or rather, they hit me....

It cost me $3,74 for TWO bananas...TWO!!

I hope others out there are as outraged at the cost of two brain fruit bananas as I am.

An overcast day + too many over ripe bananas in the freezer =

an attempt at Banana-choc chip muffins.

Bearing in mind that i'm am far from the worlds best baker and am far FAR more comfortable in the presence of a roast lamb or chicken and vegetable pie...here is the proof that I baked!

and the finished product? I hear you ask, with a slight chuckle in your voice..well..

not very pretty but pretty delicious!
