On a bicycle built for two.

A very close friend is getting hitched tomorrow and asked me to make the ring pillow seeing as I am cushion extrodinaire! So here it is, silk, embroidery and pearls, all put together by these sexy crafty hands!

Sarah and Craig I hope you have a wonderful day {please note I will be taking my payment in free champagne and baby cuddles at the reception}.

For a bun in the oven

I bought this a little while ago for one of my best friends in the entire world, well her bun in the oven anyway. It's nanna knitted and pretty much one of the cutest things ever and even though this baby girl won't fit into it untill she's about 4 years old I simply had to buy it! For $4 who wouldn't?! There's so much work in it and the buttons alone are amazing. So moral of that story is I can no longer go shopping ever because I have reached the point where I will rationalise any and every purchase...ANY!

Camilla I hope you and your jellybean like what the coolest Australian Aunty that kid is ever going to have bought it xx

Window shopping

The best kind of window shopping is the online version, particularly when it's as rank outside as it is today here in Brisbane town!

So as I chug through writing up my study notes {stupid exams next week...i hate exams!!!}, I'm treating myself to a wee bit of online window shopping every now and again.

Here's what I've come up with so far...

this is Peony from sleepy king on etsy, i'm looking for a friends baby shower and this seems pretty cute for a new baby girl right?
on etsy have these awesome necklaces made from upcycled jersey fabric. I already have earrings in black but I seriously am considering adding this one to my collection!

 Must have. that is all.
Don't go and find it at Brianarose on etsy, because I want it.

just a little skull action for my inner emo from Michelle Chang Jewelry

Check out Stay Gold Mary Rose on etsy for these fantastic vintage teacup bracelets! Now i'm not big into the bracelet thing but these are too awesome!
